guy is threathening to take me to court over shipping error, should i be worried?!?
i recently shipped a package to a client in bay area, and i am from southern california.
i provided a tracking number and i am sure that i wrote the address correctly, as i am a very meticulous person.
the tracking says "delivered" but he said he didn't get the package.
is this even a possibility? i feel like he is trying to get the best of me, and is asking for me to send his shoes back because we did a trade.
anybody have experience? with so much scam on the internet lately, i'm kinda of preoccupied at the moment. should i send the shoes back?
should i be liable for this or is he liable? or is the USPS liable? please help!
